Carol has over a decade of experience in operations management, logistics and process improvement. Previous to joining Catapult, Carol led operations and logistics teams at several large telecommunication companies. Carol is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and her process improvement initiatives had significantly contributed to improved efficiencies and profitability at the companies she worked for. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
