Jason Tong has an extensive background in providing accounting, corporate advisory, strategic planning, and CFO services to a wide range of companies, both private and publicly traded. Over the course of two decades, he has held officer and directorship positions across various industries including technology, healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and mining.

Before establishing Catapult, Jason served as the CFO of Pathway Capital Ltd, a venture capital firm with a portfolio of high-growth ventures valued between $50 million and $1 billion. His professional journey began at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Vancouver, where he specialized in assurance and tax services. Jason holds the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Outside of work, Jason enjoys CrossFit and spending his free time with his family, including his son and daughter.
