Harry Shahi is an accounting professional who brings strong technical knowledge, careful attention to detail, and a thoughtful collaborative approach to his work. He enjoys creating clarity out of complex financial information and takes pride in producing accurate, well-organized reporting that teams can rely on.

At Catapult, Harry led the full-cycle accounting function for clients across various sectors, including technology, mining, and educational services. He played a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, treasury management, and operational and management reporting to support critical client decision-making.

Prior to joining Catapult, Harry gained experience in both public practice and industry accounting roles. He worked as a Staff Accountant at a CPA firm, where he supported audit preparation and financial reporting for clients. He also worked at an accounting services firm focused on financial reporting, where he developed strong experience in full-cycle accounting. Outside of work, Harry enjoys writing poetry, participating in community service initiatives, and exploring new learning opportunities. He also has a long-standing passion for chess and previously competed in the Under-17 National Championship, an experience that continues to shape his strategic thinking today.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
