Lynda has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources including strategic planning, leadership development, change management, culture alignment, full-cycle recruitment, employee retention and engagement, and HR program development.
Here at Catapult, with Lynda’s passion for people and culture, she leads our efforts to create a supportive and dynamic workplace. She focuses on employee experience, and on creating and maintaining a culturally rich, engaging, and high performing work environment.
Prior to joining Catapult, Lynda executed all people-related initiatives and policies at a start-up telecom. She continued her work with senior leaders and their teams at a Leadership Development firm ensuring engagement and building leadership capacity. Outside of the office, Lynda enjoys spending time with her family and friends exploring new restaurants, nature and traveling.
Lynda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University.
