Director of People and Culture
Lynda has over 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources including strategic planning, leadership development, change management, culture alignment, full-cycle recruitment, employee retention and engagement, conflict resolution and HR program development. Prior to joining Catapult, Lynda planned and executed all people-related practices and policies at a start-up telecom. She then worked with senior leaders and their teams at a Leadership Development firm ensuring engagement and building leadership capacity. Lynda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Human Resources Management Certificate.
